1. General Provisions

• TextStory.chat is an online service that allows users to create media content, including photos and videos, based on chat stories.
• Use of the Service constitutes the User’s full and unconditional acceptance of this Agreement.
• The administration reserves the right to amend the Agreement at any time without prior notice. The current version is published on the website and becomes effective upon publication.

2. Description of Services

• The Service provides access to tools for creating and generating media content.
• Some features are available for free, while advanced features require the use of a credit system.
• Credits are purchased for money and can be used to access additional features of the Service.

3. Registration and Authorization

• To use the full functionality of the Service, registration is required.
• The User agrees to provide accurate information during registration.
• The User is responsible for maintaining the security of their account information.

4. Credit System and Payments

• Video generation is performed using credits, the cost of which depends on the parameters of the created content.
• Credits are purchased for money and are not subject to exchange back for money.
• Credits have a limited validity period and may expire after a specified period.
• Unused credits may be refunded at the discretion of the administration in exceptional cases.

5. User Responsibility

• The User is fully responsible for the content they create.
• The Service may not be used for:
  • Violating applicable law
  • Creating pornographic content
  • Posting extremist materials
  • Violating the rights of third parties
  • Fraud or deception
  • Causing harm to others
  • Infringing copyright and related rights
• The User agrees not to take actions aimed at disrupting the operation of the Service.

6. Administration Responsibility

• The Service is provided “as is” without any warranties.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the Service or successful content generation in all cases.
• The administration is not responsible for:
  • Temporary unavailability of the Service
  • Errors during content generation
  • Use of materials created by the User

7. Intellectual Property

• Rights to content created using the Service belong to the User.
• The User guarantees that they have all necessary rights to the materials used.

8. Moderation and Blocking

• The administration reserves the right to moderate created content.
• In case of violation of the Agreement, the account may be blocked without prior notice.

9. Refunds

• Refunds are possible only in case of technical problems on the Service’s side, at the discretion of the administration.
• Credits spent on successfully generated content are non-refundable.

10. Personal Data

• The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
• By using the Service, the User consents to the processing of their personal data.

11. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

• This Agreement is governed by the general principles of international law and is not dependent on any specific jurisdiction.
• All disputes and disagreements arising in connection with the use of the Service shall be resolved through negotiations. If an agreement cannot be reached, the dispute may be referred to a competent court at the location of the Administration or at the Administration’s discretion.
• If any provision of the Agreement is found to be invalid, this does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
